This side of the house faces the beautiful ocean view.
I noticed the ocean water changes color from bright blue and green - to flat gray and misty - to spectacular shimmering sparkles. Texture varies as the waves crash in and pull the sand and stones back out as they recede. Wind chops little wavelets and boats create cutting wakes.
Up on the roof deck in a baseball cap from Cuffy's... prices too inexpensive to resist... pullover Cape Cod hoodie, zip up running jacket and a Cape Cod coffee mug.
National Seashore view from the deck. Only residents are allowed permits to drive on this part of the beach. We played various games and flew kites in the sandy/grassy backyard.
34 stairs down (and back up). We hit the beach in the early morning. That's my sis-in-laws and nieces down on the shore. My brothers and nephew are gone fishing.
